Input file format (Protein search and Palmitoyl-proteome comparison)
The input file format must be plain text and not zipped.
Examples:
tab-separated file formats are also supported. In this case the first column will be taken into account.
If the first column contains more than one identifiers separated by comma or semicolon, all identifiers will be taken into account.
Following column headers are filtered out: UniProt AC, up_ac, up_id, gene_name, ensembl_id.
Lines starting with # are filtered out.
